The problem of Seagull and Talia

The whole house is full of raging and erupting emotions, and only Shef and Talia, the two people that everyone wants them, maintain a (relatively) restrained behavior.

If they are so wanted, why are they so alone, and what does this say about the developing romance between them?

The Big Brother house is bubbling.

In fact, he has long since passed the bubbling stage and in the last few days his emotions are so raging that they spill beyond the tenants' capacity to contain.

Breaking vows, cursing, screaming and threats became a daily part of the already burning routine.

The tenants are hungry and angry - the most dangerous combination, and despite the distribution of warnings, the production seems to be quite satisfied with the matter.

The truth is that we could have expected it - Kazem takes every word and movement to heart, even the words or movements are only in his head, and ranges from cursing and screaming to uncontrollable crying.

Nathaniel with the wounded heart, the difficult childhood and the feelings of inferiority that pour into an angry rap, Diane - who tries so hard to hold the pose of "nothing bothers me" that she erupts like a volcano the moment someone whispers the wrong word next to her, and I don't even start talking about Sherin is already planning her canopy with Moshe whom she saw in a picture on Instagram a few months ago and had a 12 minute conversation.

And Ofek, who in the beginning still tried to mask his huge and wounded heart under tons of intelligence - but every conversation or task that mentions family or friends makes him fall apart.

This is a house full of sensitive people.

Everyone erupts differently, loves differently and hurts differently, but when you combine so many emotions together the result will always be an atomic explosion.

And beside all these - Talia and Seagull.

True, Sheaf also erupted and went off the rails, but in his case it was an outburst that came after so much yelling, humiliation and insults that the way he went on a rampage is the least evil.

And in this case too, a second after the explosion he collected himself elegantly, approached Kazem several times, and closed the matter.

For comparison, when Kazem walked around the house and begged for forgiveness from Ofed, it seemed more like a Turkish telenovela than an Israeli reality show.

Only Seagull and Talia are a different species, and perhaps this is also the reason why these two are considered the kings of hearts in the house and still remain alone.

On a seagull there is Sherin, and of course also Kazem - who hang around him like puppies just waiting to be thrown a bone, and Talia - well, Talia has everything else.

There is no resident who does not dream of getting close to her, including (still) Ofek and also Seagull, of course.

She's just wrapped in so many layers of ice that it's clear to them that the journey to her heart is kind of like climbing the wall in Game of Thrones a la Jon Snow, and that's exactly what appeals to them.

Why are they so far apart?

Shaf had already started his surveillance process and told Sharin in a touching conversation that he had blocked all traces of feelings since he was little, which did not allow anyone to get close to him, neither in a relationship nor in friendship, and that he wanted to deal with the situation.

In his case the outburst is actually a kind of starting point, ugly maybe, but emotions are always not what we expected from them.

After all, already in the identity card he stated "I came to look for friends", and explained that he had no close people.

It makes sense - people who manage to lock their emotions away far enough usually turn the volume down on everything - they don't share, don't let people connect and usually touch less.

Talia also does everything to lock everything she feels as deeply as possible and not to show anyone her delicate side.

She barely talks about herself and her past (has anyone heard her talk about her family?), isn't hurt, doesn't break even when one of the closest people to her who even managed to make her trust him (almost) tells her that she is basing herself on nothing of her own, no Ready to ask for help or support from anyone even when she "gets hungry" and mostly doesn't let anyone get close, not really.

The result is two people who remain quite alone.

Not only romantically, but also socially.

From the beginning, Talia was unable to connect, and a seagull mainly joined as a silent observer of the conversations.

The only times they were in the center of things were as objects to be ignited, and that's exactly the dissonance here - the distance of the two challenges everyone who is near them to become the knights and princesses who manage to overcome the obstacles on the way to the cool heart, while they mainly try to steer these situations into something friendly and retreat as much as possible Back to Friend Zone.

This is probably also the reason why everyone can see the courtship games between Seagull and Talia, but the greatest physical closeness occurs when Talia puts a strip of cucumber in the seagull's mouth - without touching him of course.

It's enough for him too, because any other man would be looking for an excuse to touch her, even in my friend's section, but they keep a distance as if we were still in quarantine.

This is how it will probably continue until the process started by Seagull, in which he wants to let his feelings slip through the cracks, turns into something more coherent, or until Talia stops being afraid of what they will think of the real "Talia" - the one who doesn't walk around the house in cowboy boots in 40 degree heat with Perfect eyeliner.

The day she realizes that feelings, even if ugly, are much more attractive than a lanky body and lush hair, will be the day when she will be able to enter into a real relationship that will last, and we are all crossing our fingers that it will happen to her and the seagull at the same time, because this is an eruption that we really want to watch.
