A protest demonstration will take place tonight along the road, where Matan Zinman was killed yesterday in a car accident • The head of Binyamin Council called on the residents to join: "We cannot remain silent, this plan needs to be formulated today" • Prime Minister Lapid: "Sending condolences from the bottom of my heart and wishes for recovery for body and soul To Zinman's family and friends"

A day after the death of Matan Zinman, the 6-year-old who was killed yesterday (Wednesday) in a car accident on Route 60 near the Ma'ale Lavona intersection in Benjamin, tonight a demonstration is expected to take place along the road calling for an immediate emergency plan for enforcement on Judea and Samaria roads.

Yosh settlements have been warning for a long time about the lack of enforcement on the roads against Palestinians. According to the report of the Knesset's research institute released about a month ago, there is a shortage of hands and serious failures in enforcement on the area's roads.

The residents will protest the lawlessness and call on the government to stop the rioting of the Arabs on the roads and to speed up the development of the road infrastructure.

The head of Binyamin Council, Israel Gantz, called on the residents to join: "We cannot be silent. We warned, we warned, we demanded effective enforcement - and in an instant a child's life was taken. The heads of the police, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defense must meet today and formulate an emergency plan for enforcement, along with an immediate response for the expansion and development of the infrastructure".

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Yair Lapid this morning offered his condolences to Zinman's family.

In a message he published on his Twitter account, Lapid wrote: "This morning, my heart goes out to the Zinman family. Matan Zinman, only six years old, who was supposed to enter the first grade, was killed yesterday in a horrific car accident. Sending condolences from the bottom of my heart and wishes for a speedy recovery to his family and friends."
