Several Israelis were injured today (Thursday) in a car accident in the Nuaiba region of Sinai.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the details are under review.
Yesterday, a 6-year-old boy was killed and six people were injured in a car accident between an Israeli vehicle and a Palestinian car on Route 60 near Ariel.
Five of the victims are members of the same family.
The boy, Matan Tzinman, was fatally injured, and was evacuated during CPR.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Another passenger is in serious condition, four are moderately injured and one is slightly injured.
Medical teams assisted by the IDF evacuated the injured to Hadassah and Shaare Zedek hospitals in Jerusalem and Billinson in Petah Tikva. Two of the injured were evacuated to medical centers in the Palestinian Authority. A helicopter was flown to the scene to aid in the evacuation. Following the accident, heavy traffic congestion was recorded throughout the area.
