Tourists from all over the world come to the region just to enjoy the nature and history, and now it also becomes an art.

You can love the desert, you can even dislike it, but there is no doubt that the beauty of the desert is something unparalleled.

And here in Israel, we have an advantage over other things around the world - we have the Ramon crater, which is the largest natural crater in the world.

Naturally, the area of the crater has become a highly sought-after tourist site among Israelis and tourists from abroad, which gives Mitzpe Ramon considerable employment. One of those sought-after destinations is the Berashit hotel from the Yisrotel chain, from which there is a spectacular view of the crater. Now, the chain has decided to open The hotel has a new exhibition, "Desert", which gives an artistic perspective on, well, the desert.

The exhibition, curated by network curator Sharon Toval, will be open to the general public, even to those who are not guests at the hotel - but by prior arrangement.

12 artists created works especially for the exhibition, and these are spread throughout the hotel area and also inside its lobby.

The fact that a large chain has set up an exhibition in a hotel that is known for its not cheap prices is not an obvious thing, since this gives a kind of prestige to "Bereshit" - and also gives work to the artists, whose works will now receive impressive exposure.

Naturally and naturally, the theme of the exhibition connects precisely with its location.

Each piece in its own way explores the desert not only as a physical place, but also as an idea.

Each piece was made in a different way, each of them tries to convey a different message - but between them all there is a thematic line that unites them into a real exhibition, the location of which adds to it layers that cannot be found in any other exhibition, and all this without stealing the focus from nature itself even for a single moment.

a thematic line between the works.

If the stay in "Bereshit" is not a successful enough experience in itself, "Madbar" adds several bonus points to it.

All the pieces, alone and together, give the guests an effect that they probably wouldn't have felt without it.

In this way, all the works, together or separately, give a real and unusual added value to spending time at the hotel - and this is not something that happens on every vacation.
