At 11:30 in the morning, the maximum temperature in Tai Mei Tuk has recorded a maximum of 36 degrees Celsius, the hottest in Hong Kong; the maximum temperature in many districts is over 34 degrees Celsius or above, including Tai Po, Wetland Park, Yuen Long Park, Sha Tin, Happy Valley, Kwun Tong, etc.

The weather will continue to be very hot until early next week

The Observatory predicts that due to the high-altitude anticyclone, the rest of this week to next Monday will be generally fine and hot, but there will be showers in some areas, and the maximum temperature will still reach 34 degrees Celsius.

As of next Tuesday, there will be sunshine and a few showers for a short time in Hong Kong. The maximum temperature will drop slightly to 33 degrees Celsius, and then it will further drop to 32 degrees Celsius next Wednesday.

Showers and thunderstorms expected mid to late next week

From Thursday to Saturday, the temperature will range from 27 to 31 degrees Celsius, and it will be mostly cloudy with showers every day, with thunderstorms in some areas on some days.
