The seaside neighborhood "Achziv" offers a rare connection between urban and wild nature, and this is only one train away that leads from "Tel Aviv State" to "Achziv State".

In Achziv, in the heart of nature, stands a row of white buildings on the border of a green nature reserve, touching the water line in front of a promenade on the beach.

A rare sight that is being built 200 meters from the sea that you will not see anywhere else in Israel.

The neighborhood is located near the Rosh Hankara caves, blue sea bays and rocky outcrops, kurkar ridges and rare plants, sea turtle nesting sites, along a spectacular promenade to the heart of the city. 

The Sea Achziv neighborhood being built by the companies Zemach Hammarman and Electra Residential is located in the north of Nahariya, adjacent to the mythical Achziv beach, and covers 65 dunams. The neighborhood will include 30 buildings of 6-9 floors and about 750 units. 

All the apartments in the project enjoy large balconies, all of which face one of the most beautiful beaches in Israel and overlook Love Island.

The neighborhood will include Dutch streets, public buildings, playgrounds, kindergartens and shopping centers.
