State coup:

A security guard in a luxury building in Tzameret Park in North Tel Aviv, admonished a boy for not picking up his dog's needs from the entrance to the building and in response was violently attacked by a man who was called to the scene by his wife.

At the end of the police investigation, the police prosecution submitted an indictment this morning (Sunday) and a request for the arrest of the attacker, a 36-year-old resident of Gani Tikva, until the end of the proceedings.

According to the indictment, a few days ago, the 46-year-old guard was busy with his work and commented to a boy who was staying there that his dog defecated near the building.

Close to that, the defendant's wife, who has no acquaintance with the boy, arrived and started yelling at the guard for admonishing him.

In response to this, the guard tried to find out if she was a tenant in the building, and after realizing from her that she did not live there, he asked her to leave the place.

In response, the lady began cursing and threatening the complainant by telling him "You son of a bitch, I will fuck you".

The guard did not respond and returned to his place.

A short time later, the accused entered the building and shouted at the complainant "You shouted at my wife, who are you anyway?!".

The complainant explained to the accused that he did not shout at her, but the accused immediately threatened him by telling him "I will call you".

Following this, and while the complainant was sitting on his chair, the accused began to attack the complainant by pushing him, hitting him on the head and slapping him.

The guard responded by standing up in front of the accused.

However, the accused did not stop his actions, and punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground.

Following this, the accused left the building while the guard remained lying on the ground and those present in the building felt for his help.

"The circumstances of the commission of the offenses indicate that the suspect poses a high risk to the public. The incident of the attack took place at noon today, in the middle of a city in full view, when the accused is not deterred by passers-by at the scene, who were afraid of approaching because of the respondent's anger," reads the request for detention until the end of the proceedings.

"Above all stands the fact that the basis for the assaults and injuries on the complainant was only the latter's request to do his job. The complainant's entire sin was to guard the building where he is employed as a security guard."
