The Technical Services Directorate in Daraa carried out the necessary maintenance for two roads in the countryside of Daraa, with a total value of 124 million Syrian pounds.
The head of the Roads Department in the Technical Services Directorate, Eng. Barakat Al-Dammad, explained in a statement to SANA reporter today that the first road connects the town of Kahil to the town of Giza with a length of 5 kilometers and a total cost of 83 million Syrian pounds, and the second extends from Giza to the town of Al-Muta’i with a length of 7 kilometers and a cost of 41 million Syrian pounds, indicating The maintenance was carried out by providing asphalt paver on the sections and places that were damaged or delayed during the years of crisis.
He added that the importance of the two roads comes from the fact that they connect the administrative units with each other, thus facilitating the movement of people and machinery and the flow of agricultural products to the markets.
