Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani affirmed his country's readiness to resolve the nuclear negotiations file with Western countries within a short period if the same will is available on the other side.
"We proposed our initiatives to facilitate conditions, resolve the Vienna negotiations in the shortest time and address the complex conditions resulting from the United States' unilateral and illegal withdrawal from the nuclear agreement," IRNA news agency quoted Bagheri Kani as saying on his Twitter account.
Bagheri Kani added: "We are working closely with our partners in the nuclear agreement, especially the European coordinator, to give the United States another opportunity, while emphasizing our good intentions and our responsible stance in this regard."
Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations, Majid Takht Ravanchi, recently reiterated his country's position on the necessity of full and effective implementation of the nuclear agreement, and that there is no alternative to it.
