The facts took place at 5:45 a.m., avenue Jean Jaurès, not far from a nightclub.
A Volkswagen brand rental vehicle would have arrived towards the police.
The officers then allegedly asked the driver to stop.
The latter would have initially braked before accelerating suddenly towards one of the police officers, who was knocked down and transported to the hospital in the emergency room.
The official in question suffers from bruises and contusions.
A total incapacity for work (ITT) of three days was prescribed for him.
Seeing that his colleague was going to be hit, another policeman used his service weapon four times towards the vehicle, which fled.
The alleged perpetrator, born in 1999, finally surrendered late Saturday afternoon.
He is currently in custody.
