Ambulancemen arrived at the scene and took her to the hospital, but unfortunately she died.
The victim's mother saw her daughter jump off and became emotional. She was taken to an ambulance for treatment, and then refused to be sent to the hospital. The police are investigating the cause of the incident.
It is understood that the victim's family of five lives in the upper address, and the second in the family is a college student.
