The Medical and Health Bureau issued the latest announcement on mandatory testing on Sunday (31st) night, involving 65 buildings, of which 60 buildings used to have confirmed cases, and Kwun Tong District was on the list.

Block 2 of Kwun Tong Disciplined Services Quarters included in compulsory inspection

Due to multiple positive test cases, 60 specified places were included in the mandatory testing notice.

Kwun Tong has nine buildings on the list, accounting for the most of all districts, including Choi Hei House, Choi Fook Estate, Ngau Tau Kok, Sau Yin House, Sau Mau Ping Estate, Sau Mau Ping, Hiu Wo House, Hau Lai Court, Sau Mau Ping, and Disciplined Services Quarters in Kwun Tong Block 2, Lei Yat House, Lei On Court, Kwun Tong, Tak Yi House, Tak Tin Estate, Lam Tin, Kai Shun House, Kai Tin Estate, Lam Tin, Hong Lai House, Hong Yat Court, Lam Tin and Wing Mei House, Yau Chui Court, Yau Tong.

Tuen Mun Nanlang Bay and Wong Tai Sin Choi Yee Garden each make the list

Tuen Mun District and Wong Tai Sin District followed closely with six buildings each on the list, namely Hing Shing Building, Tai Hing Estate, Oi Fai Building, Yau Oi Estate, Leung Wah Building, Leung King Estate, Tuen Mun Wu Hong Police Quarters 1, South Block 5 of Wave Bay and Block 1 of Haidian Pavilion; Wong Tai Sin District includes Yung Yuen House, Chuyuan North Village, Wong Tai Sin, Chung Hong House, Tsz Ching Village, Tsz Wan Shan, Tai House, Tsz Min Villager, Diamond Hill, Fu Fai House, Fu Shan Village, Diamond Hill, Block 8, Caiyi Garden, San Po Kong and Wong Shek House, Ping Shek Estate, Ngau Chi Wan.

One block of Yung Ming Court, a sea-view HOS in Tseung Kwan O, needs to be inspected

In Shatin District, Kam Lan House, Kam Fung Court, Ma On Shan and Lee Wing House, Lee On Estate, Ma On Shan were included in the announcement; Tai Po District also had four buildings on the list, namely Yat Wing Court, Yat Nga Court, Chung Chun Court, Chung Ya Court, and Fu Heng. Village Hang Wing House and Taihe Village Fuhe House.

There are four buildings in Tseung Kwan O, involving Sheung Tak Estate, Sheung Yee House, Hau Tak Estate, Tak On House, Yu Ming Court, Yu Ming Court and Sea View HOS, Yung Ming Court, Run Ming Court.

Mandatory testing is required for four buildings in the district, including the Sea View HOS in Tseung Kwan O, Yung Ming Court, Run Ming House.

In Kowloon, the buildings on the list include Tak Shui House, Tak Long Estate, Hung Hom Estate, and Lai Rong House, Lai Tsui Court, Cheung Sha Wan.

As for Hong Kong Island, the buildings included in the announcement include Block 5, Grand Promenade, Sai Wan Ho, Tung Mau House, Lei Tung Estate, Ap Lei Chau, Block 3, Blue Bay Peninsula, Chai Wan, Hing Man Village Fu House, Chai Wan, Tung Shing Court, Shau Kei Wan and King Xi Court, East Xi Court, Shau Kei Wan.

The Islands District involves Yung Yat House in Yat Tung 1 Village, Tung Chung and Man Yat House in Yat Tung 2 Village, Tung Chung.

Block 5 of Grand Promenade, Sai Wan Ho was included in the mandatory inspection announcement on July 31.

In addition, due to the collection of positive sewage samples in Shatin, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun, five specified places have been included in the mandatory testing announcement, including San Fong House, Sun Tsui Estate, Tai Wai, Ka Shun Court, Tai Wai, and Mei Tin, Tai Wai. Village Mei Ting House, Hung Lok House, Hung Fuk Estate, Yuen Long and Block 2, King Fung Garden, Tuen Mun.

Authorities say people who have tested positive in the past three months are not required to undergo mandatory testing.

As for those who are required to undergo compulsory testing, nucleic acid testing must be carried out in accordance with the relevant compulsory testing announcement, and rapid antigen testing cannot be used to meet the requirements of the announcement.

In other words, a negative rapid antigen test result will not be considered to meet the mandatory testing requirements.

In addition, the government will reopen the mobile sampling stations at Hing Man Village in Chai Wan and Sham Tseng Bayi Peninsula on Monday (1st), and the mobile sampling stations at Chuk Yuen North Village and Hung Fook Village, Hung Shui Kiu, Wong Tai Sin will extend the service date to Tuesday.
