The Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky, stressed that the attempts of the Kyiv authorities to accuse Russia of attacking the detention center for Ukrainian prisoners in the Donetsk town of Lilinovka are futile and futile.
