The Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission warned of the deterioration of the health of the prisoner, Muhammad Safran, due to the harsh conditions of detention that he and the rest of the prisoners are suffering from inside the Israeli occupation prisons.
The commission explained in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency, that the prisoner Safran is still facing very harsh detention conditions inside the isolation of the “Shata” prison for nine months, noting that he suspended his open hunger strike in protest against the inhumane practices of the occupation against him after the deterioration of his health condition and his suffering from infections. Severe kidneys and blisters on his skin.
It is noteworthy that the prisoner Safran, 45, has been detained since October 19, 2017, and the occupation authorities issued a sentence of eight years in prison against him.
