Bakr and Shafiq bin Laden, the half-brother of the one who headed the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization, donated money to the British prince's charity fund.

Prince Charles has received £1 million for his charity from Osama bin Laden's family associates, the Sunday Times has reported.

Bakr bin Laden, and his brother Shafiq bin Laden, are the future donors, according to the report.

Bakr is a Saudi businessman from the city of Jeddah, the chairman of the Saudi Bin Laden Group and the shareholder in the group, and who is considered by many to be the real ruler of Jeddah. Bakr and Shafik are the sons of Muhammad Bin Laden and brothers to the forehead of Osama Bin Laden, who was at the head Al-Qaeda terrorist organization.

According to the report, Prince Charles held a private meeting with Bacher in London in 2013, two years after Osama bin Laden was shot dead by US special forces.

Sir Ian Cheshire, chairman of the Prince Charles Charitable Foundation where the money was disbursed, said that "the donation from Sheikh Bakr bin Laden in 2013 was carefully considered by the trustees of the foundation at the time.

Due diligence was performed, with information from a wide variety of sources, including government.

The decision to accept the donation was fully accepted by the trustees.

Any attempt to present otherwise is misleading and inaccurate."

A source close to the charity organization said after a thorough examination of the matter, that the trustees came to the conclusion that the actions of one member of the Bin Laden family should not tarnish the entire family.

The source shared that Prince Charles had a personal hand in brokering the deal and agreed to accept the donation despite several advisers asking him to return the money.

This report comes a month after it emerged that Prince Charles received briefcases containing millions of euros in cash during meetings with the former prime minister of Qatar.

The "Sunday Times" reported that the cash was delivered to the prince on one occasion in a suitcase, and on another occasion in a carrier bag of a luxury department store that holds a royal warrant to supply groceries to the prince's household.

All amounts were deposited into the accounts of the charity fund.
