Exclusive to Israel Hayom:

Former Police Commissioner Roni Alsheich responds to the attacks of former Deputy Director of the Police Moshe Saada, who claimed that Elsheich disrupted the investigation in the Umm Al Hiran case.

Alsheikh commented on the Umm al-Khiran case and shared that "there are two investigations and they are misleading the public in a way that is scandalous in my eyes. There are two investigations and there is the investigation into the suspected attack which is being conducted by the Israel Police up to a certain point."

"There is an investigation into the suspicion of illegal use of weapons by police officers, which is being conducted by the Police Department.

In the first stage there is only one investigation called the suspicion of the attack.

So far so good.

At this stage, which has been for several hours, the one who is investigating, the police, is not in the picture. She has not been charged with anything yet. Everything that has been done up to this stage is our attempt in the operational investigation to understand what happened. That is why I got on a helicopter and patrolled the area to understand it, including seeing with my own eyes the axes The locations are the location of the vehicle and all. Two, we tried to understand from the photographs what was happening, we realized that it was impossible, fragmented night photographs. The second thing is that we realized that something with night vision was needed and we asked for the film of the helicopter and saw it to understand what the police version is and what the resulting image is."

Alsheikh claimed: "This is the only stage in which I spoke. At the stage when there was a police investigation, after a few hours Shai Nitzan turns to me and says, I am transferring to the police investigation from this moment on, we have taken a step back and we are out of the picture. What investigation did I disrupt? The investigation of the suspicion of the attack."

At what stage do you arrive in Uri?

"Doesn't deserve Uri at all, I've never spoken to him."

You never spoke to Uri Carmel about the Umm Al Hiran investigation?

"No, except for the stage when there were malicious leaks to the media that I asked him: 'Say is this what you are spending?'"

What materials did you show him when you got to his house?

"It wasn't on the schedule at all, it was long before it had nothing to do with Umm al-Khiran at all. In the end, in the explosion that was about Umm al-Khiran, it was the telephone conversation about which after every meeting with the ombudsman, this is the event, until then we did not put out a single word in communication.

All the leaks came out of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you can check with the prosecutor's office, it was certainly not in our interest."

As I recall, in an interview with Amit Segal at News 12 held last week, Moshe Saada, who was the former deputy director of the Department of Internal Affairs, addressed the issue and claimed, among other things, that Roni Elshich allegedly disrupted the investigations.

"Police officers contaminated the investigation, they lie in the investigation, it is also one-sided. At the same time, the Commissioner is not satisfied, he turns to Uri (Carmel, the head of the Police Department at the time) and tells him, 'I will dismantle the Police Department,'" Saada said in an interview. The ombudsman said, 'Let us think,' and then they set up a meeting for us, which in criminal parlance is called a 'Red Hood.' We came and complained, 'victims of a crime.'

"The entire consultant is shaking and trying to calm Elshik like this."

Saada went on to say in the same interview that "Alsheikh's assistant, Elsheikh who says 'I will break up, I will break up the Mahesh.'

The whole consultant is shaking and trying to calm Alschich like this, 'No... not now, not now, I don't want to talk about anything, it's not appropriate', and you can see that he is very afraid."

In an interview with "Israel Hayom", Alsheich continues his response and reads "I want to know where I imposed a teacher on the police force. I want to hear one quote of mine in public where I did not say that the Israel Police needs a strong police force and if I said one word about the police force I never was said

Everything that appears in the media comes from the Ministry of Defense and never from my mouth."

What brought you to visit the home of the head of the National Security Agency and tell him I'm an expert in dismantling hostile organizations?

"First of all, it was not said. Why? Under no circumstances. By the way, Saada was not at this meeting, Saada was sitting on the balcony with my assistant and did not hear any conversation between me and the head of the police department.

And I heard this crazy gig.

That was a so cold sentence that didn't come out of my mouth.

Sorry, I asked at this meeting for his full name, including his mother's name, in order to pray for him in a synagogue, was it or wasn't it?

I want to hear.

To know what the atmosphere of the conversation was.

So there was confusion, so Saada did not hear this conversation.

He has no chance of hearing he was sitting on the balcony.

And we were face to face and I presented him with things that I wanted him to check.

There was no excitement, a very relaxed meeting, I passed him materials, we sat and talked, it was more of a polite meeting on the background that he was sick, I don't know, I didn't hear what Uri said.

I heard Saada, Saada is a liar, because he didn't make a point."
