Schopper emphasized the importance of school and care for the functioning of society.

"If children are not in school, if children are not cared for in kindergarten, then you have the problem that parents cannot go to work." But schools and kindergartens are "a critical, because eminently important infrastructure per se" .

"I can imagine under certain conditions, for example in the vocational school classes, that you can do the school lessons there in online mode.
