“We must work to prevent an electricity crisis in addition to the gas crisis,” Lindner told the newspaper (Bild am Sonntag) published today, noting that there are “many things that call for not closing safe and climate-friendly nuclear power plants, but calling for their use to be extended to 2024.” if it is necessary".
In turn, German Deputy Chancellor Olaf Scholz added that in order not to have a gas crisis, "the production of electricity should not proceed in the way it is happening now."
