The Public Establishment for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Deir Ezzor has opened a rehabilitation and training center with the aim of rehabilitating the cadres of the institution and the local community.

Regarding the center that was established in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization, the director of the Water Corporation, Engineer Lawrence Al-Hussein, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the center contributes to raising the efficiency of human resources in the institution, improving its performance and developing the capabilities of its working cadres through targeted training programs.

Al-Hussein indicated that the center is equipped with mechanical, electrical and chemical laboratories in order to prepare cadres capable of operating and maintaining water stations correctly and periodically, in addition to a computer room in order to train the cadres of the institution and the local community on the use of various engineering programs that help them in developing the quality of work.

The coordinator of water management in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in Deir ez-Zor, Engineer Muhammad Diab Al-Ali, indicated that the center, which was established in the headquarters of the Water Corporation, includes 3 halls, the first for training and containing laboratories for chemistry, mechanics and electricity, the second for computers, and the third for control. local students, especially university students and newly graduated engineers.
