For more than thirty years that he has been cultivating his tomatoes, onions and other aubergines without a drop of water on the 20 ha of family land in Marcoussis (Essonne), this producer has forged a solid reputation to the point of becoming the market gardener star of the Parisian stalls.
If his bagou, his outspokenness and his legendary good nature have something to do with it, his vision of agriculture certainly has a lot to do with it.
Against the tide, Marco claims his freedom: for him, high temperatures and lack of water are not a problem… provided he is not afraid of longer days.
