Homs-Sana
Today, on the occasion of the Syrian Arab Army’s Day, the University Graduates Association in Homs organized a poetry evening that included different poetic forms in its craft, but it met on the unity of the subject, which is the glorification of the heroism of our valiant army.
The retired poet, Colonel Ibrahim Al-Hashem, director of the Homs Literary Forum, began the evening with a poem to the Syrian Arab Army, in which he praised the heroism of our brave army and its love for the dear homeland, addressing it, saying: O Army of Galaq, O walls of our pride, O remaining gentlemen of honor, O nobles.
The poet Habis al-Mulhim delivered his poem in Nabati poetry to the Levant and the loyal people of Syria.
The poet Talib Hammash, a member of the Arab Writers Union, recited a poem glorifying the noble human values.
In her first participation, the poet Shiraz Ibrahim presented emotional cases loaded with romantic poetic images.
The poet Brigadier General Hassan Ahmed Kutoub recited patriotic poems in classical and colloquial, whose letters overflowed with love for the homeland, and the leader of the homeland rhymed with loyalty and pride for our motherland, Syria.
