In two months, the executive has gone from the reassuring message -
"there is no risk of a cut"
, said Emmanuel Macron on June 3 - to general mobilization.
In this context where demand is about to be constrained, priority must also go to increasing supply.
During September, the government will present a bill to accelerate the energy transition.
The urgency should crystallize a consensus.
It is not so.
The executive is preparing to present two separate texts: the first on the acceleration of renewable energies (offshore wind power, photovoltaic, biomethane, etc.) which could find favor on the benches of the left in the Assembly, and the second, a a little later, on the nuclear aspect, which will please the right.
