Today, the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, issued a decree to form a new government in the country, with 12 ministers.
The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) stated that the decree stipulates the appointment of the son of the country's greatest emir, Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, as prime minister.
The new Kuwaiti government is the 40th in the country's political history and the fourth during the era of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, who took office on September 29, 2020.
