The investigation team led by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department held its first meeting in the Red Pavilion today (1st) and inspected the scene.
The department announced in the evening that when the investigation report is not completed, it will re-examine the safety of performances at the department's performance venues, and will implement three short-term measures from tomorrow (2nd) until further notice, including the suspension of the use of Wei Ye.

The department said that the following short-term measures will be implemented from tomorrow until further notice to allow performers and staff to perform in safe conditions:

The agency continued that it will send letters to renters of venues under its jurisdiction before the end of September explaining the above short-term measures, and reminding them to abide by the relevant regulations and safety guidelines for stage safety.
