A 37-year-old fiddles around with a blank pistol in an apartment building.
That gets the police on the scene.
Was it the result of a relationship dispute?
Munich – When shots were fired in an apartment building, it was time to turn on the police.
As a result, a witness alerted the emergency services.
They left Bensheim near Darmstadt on Monday afternoon (August 1) at around 4:30 p.m. to check the possible danger.
According to initial findings, a 37-year-old had shot around himself with a stun gun in his apartment and on the balcony, unsurprisingly frightening other residents.
According to the police, no one was injured.
The witness and another resident had previously left the home.
Since there were no other people in the building, there was “no danger to third parties”.

Eventually, special forces arrived and gained access to the man's apartment.
There they found him sleeping in his bed and arrested him.
The 37-year-old had to undergo a breath alcohol test, which revealed a value of 1.54 per thousand.
The police also seized the pistol.
Initial investigations indicate that relationship disputes could have triggered the behavior.
It is being checked whether the man could be accommodated in a specialist clinic – in order to protect his fellow human beings from him, at least for the time being.
During the larger police operation, the area around the house had to be cordoned off.
