Amber Heard in Israel:

About two months after the high-profile trial of the former couple, actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, Israelis were surprised to see Heard yesterday (Monday) at lunchtime, sitting at Basta in Tel Aviv.

She was seen sitting with her close friend, who goes by the name Eve Barlow and defines herself as a culture journalist, Jewish and Zionist.

Heard and Depp were partners for 5 years, 2 of which were married, until they broke up in 2017.

After the breakup, Heard complained that Depp used to beat her and abuse her.

Depp, for his part, claimed that he was the one who was abused.

After mutual accusations in the media, the debate moved to the courts, when Depp sued Heard in a defamation suit for her accusations.

The trial took place in front of cameras, which broadcast live for many months from the court.

At the beginning of June 2022, the trial ended with Depp's victory, and Heard was ordered to pay him approximately 10 million dollars as compensation for defamation.

A similar claim by Heard against Depp was rejected in most of its sections, but he was ordered to pay her 2 million dollars.

In recent days it became known that because of her difficulty in meeting the compensation payment, Heard submitted a request to the court to declare bankruptcy.

She landed two days ago in Israel and at this time she is still walking around here.
