Solidarity or the rope, it is the choice offered to the European Union and its 27 members in an unprecedented context since the fall of the wall.
The common existential challenges are only increasing, while with the war in Ukraine, the Union must adapt its functioning to a lasting and major conflict on its borders and to a world now based on the relationship of brute force in which it has fewer and fewer allies.
