A member of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Mahmoud Abbaszadeh Mishkini, affirmed that all options are on the table to abort and confront the US embargo, including operating hundreds of new centrifuges.
IRNA quoted Meshkini as saying in a statement today: that Iran will continue to take decisive steps to ensure the interests of the Iranian people in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, including putting all options on the table to thwart the consequences of the embargo.
Meshkini pointed out that the government's decision to enrich uranium by 190,000 will be supported by the Shura Council, warning at the same time against any regression during the nuclear negotiations with the West. He said that the negotiating parties with Iran should take into consideration the country's capabilities and the level of deterrent force it has reached.
