Li Jiachao pointed out that if Hong Kong is isolated from the outside world for a long time, it may not be able to restore its inherent advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the confidence of the outside world in Hong Kong. First-hand vacancy tax is not a priority
Li Jiachao also mentioned that the housing problem in Hong Kong cannot be changed overnight.
