Unemployed convicted of increased rioting in homeless shelters, S-Bahn, schoolyard and police station.
Ebersberg – Because a resident of Kirchseeon had repeatedly threatened, insulted and spat at fellow citizens and sexually molested a young woman, the 54-year-old unemployed had to answer to the Ebersberg district court.
Judge Vera Hörauf needed a full 20 minutes to list the eight crimes committed by the native of Togo in 2021 while under the influence of alcohol.
For example, the accused entered the playground of a Kirchseeon lunchtime care center and shouted and bullied students and teachers there.
After a community worker asked him to leave, he threatened to kill him.
Defendant's question: "Hasn't a black man the right to touch a white man?"
On another day in Kirchseeoner Rewe, an employee pointed out to the drunk that he had been banned from the house for a long time.
In response, he spat on her thigh.
"And that in times of Corona," the witness was outraged.
Just a few weeks later, when the Kirchseeoner was drunk on the S-Bahn, he spoke to a 17-year-old girl there.
He listened to her and caressed her thigh without being asked.
"Totally uncomfortable," the witness described the situation.
Here the accused spoke up for the first time and asked: "Hasn't a black person the right to touch a white person?".
When asked by the judge whether this question was meant seriously, he simply answered "yes".
There were also several riots in the homeless shelter.
There he insulted roommates and officials as "Nazis", "assholes" and "racists", threatened them with the words "I kill you" and threw furniture out of the window.
Kirchseeoner has already been convicted 14 times
When he was then in custody in the Ebersberg police station in December, he drunkenly insulted and threatened the police officers there and bared his rear end.
Judge Hörauf finally sentenced the 14-time convict, who is currently also being held for threats and trespassing, to another year and nine months in prison.
