Police in Arizona released a video of their staff rescuing a woman who had been trapped in her vehicle when the water level rose at Apache Junction on July 28.
The images captured by the cameras that the officers have installed in their uniform shows the dramatic moment in which they struggle to get the victim out of the partially submerged car.
Rescuers managed to get the woman out of the vehicle in time, but were unable to find the dog that was traveling with her.
The authorities warned citizens about the dangers of driving on the flooded roads.
