This is how the first food fair of pre-Hispanic origin was lived in Mexico City

In Mexico City, the Food Fair of Pre-Hispanic Origin was held, an exhibition of the history of Mexican cuisine and its artistic elements such as Creole corn, varieties of quelites, amaranth and ahuautle, among others.

The objective of this fair was to rescue and revalue the great cultural richness of the cuisine of the original Mexican peoples.
