As part of the Ministry of Transportation's "fast lanes" project, a hermetic blockade will be implemented in Ayalon North on the night between Wednesday at 00:00 and Thursday at 05:00.
Below are the temporary traffic arrangements that will be implemented:
- The ascent to the Armored Corps bridge from Ayalon North will be hermetically blocked
- Traffic will be diverted from Aylon North/Route 1 to the La Guardia interchange
- The entrance from the La Guardia interchange to Ayalon North will be blocked
- The exit to Ayalon North will be possible from the Peace Interchange

As mentioned, the blockade is carried out as part of the Ministry of Transportation's "fast lanes" works through the Ayalon Routes Company, which includes the construction of public and cooperative transportation routes along the Ayalon routes and the coastal road.
The works are coordinated with the police who will be present at the scene.
The works are carried out at night in order to make it easier for the drivers and to minimize the inconvenience, when the traffic will be diverted to parallel roads and alternative roads.
