From her window on the 4th floor of her building located avenue Anatole-France in Vitry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), Ariane points to the ongoing installation of a relay antenna.
“Here is the Christmas tree that they have planned to place at 30 m in height, i.e. twice the height of the building”, exasperated this resident.
