Zucchini Fries: Delicious and healthy with just a few ingredients

Getting fries from potatoes or sweet potatoes is a bit monotonous.
Luckily, you can also make the side dish out of healthy zucchini.
French fries made from other vegetables than conventional potatoes are very trendy.
But if you get bored with sweet potato fries, you should try zucchini fries.

Whether zoodles, stuffed zucchini or even zucchini for breakfast - zucchini is one of the absolute trend vegetables this year.
No wonder, because there is a lot of goodness in the vegetables from the pumpkin family: minerals and vitamins and that, with just 17 kilocalories per 100 grams. Since the fries are prepared in the oven, they are also low in fat.
You need this for two servings:
Two zucchini
One egg, size L
salt and pepper
flour
50 grams of breadcrumbs
30 grams of Parmesan

For the preparation, preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air (200 degrees top/bottom heat).
Cut zucchini into sticks about 1 cm in diameter.
Season the egg with salt and pepper.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan in another bowl.
Put the flour in a third bowl.
Bread the zucchini fries: first roll them in the flour, then in the egg and then in the breading.
Bake the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
