The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on Wednesday (August 3) rejected the appeal of the parents of a 12-year-old British child who is brain dead against the cessation of care that keeps him alive, announced the ECHR in a press release.
Seized the same day according to an emergency procedure, the president of the court decided “
not to pronounce the requested interim measure
” and to “
declare the grievances of the applicants inadmissible
”, specified the ECHR which sits in Strasbourg.
