The spokesman for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council of China, Ma Xiaoguang, considered that the complicity of Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen and the authorities of the Democratic Progressive Party with foreign forces is pushing Taiwan to disaster.
According to the Chinese People's Daily, Guang said: The leader of Taiwan and the authorities of the Democratic Progressive Party have lined up in the separatist position of Taiwan independence.
He noted that Tsai and the party authorities, in collusion with foreign anti-Chinese forces, engaged in separatist activities seeking Taiwan independence on the international scene and facilitated the visit of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to seek foreign support to challenge the mainland.
He stressed that what they have done has seriously undermined the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations, seriously endangered peace and stability across the Strait and seriously harmed the common interests of people on both sides of the Strait.
