Russian troops attacked an evacuation bus in the Cherson region on Monday (August 1).
Three people were killed and five injured.
The vehicle was on its way from the Russian-held village of Starosilya to the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kryvyi Rih, said Natalia Humeniuk, spokeswoman for the Ukrainian military.
