In an unprecedented decision and by three votes in favor and two against, the Miami City Commission approved a plan to move the homeless to the exclusive island of Virginia Key.
The measure has been highly criticized by some sectors that question whether it is a solution to address the problem of homeless people and oppose the chosen place being used for that.
