The Syrian Telecom Company called on subscribers whose telephone services were canceled due to their late payment of bills for the months of March and April last to review their telephone centers to submit a request to retrieve them after paying the financial liabilities incurred by them.
The company indicated in a statement published on its official Facebook page that subscribers can review their phone line centers before the end of the official working day for next Monday, corresponding to the 8th of this month, in order to guarantee their right to restore their phone lines and the Internet portal after submitting a fundamental request and paying the due financial receivables for that.
The company asked subscribers to inform it of any obstacles they face within the phone centers so that they can be addressed through the numbers assigned to it for complaints.
