Tax office computer technician charged with incitement to use violent post in serial, denied bail

Defendant Lu Tingfeng (34 years old, System Analysis/Programming Officer II), is charged with committing one or more acts with seditious intent in Hong Kong between January 13, 2020 and August 1, 2022, namely Publish and/or continue to display statements on LIHKG with the intent to: (a) provoke hatred or contempt for the Central Government and/or the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or provoke betrayal; (b) provoke Hong Kong residents to attempt to provoke unlawful means Change other matters enacted by law in Hong Kong; (C) cause hatred, contempt or provoke rebellion against the judiciary in Hong Kong; (d) cause resentment or rebellion among Hong Kong residents; (e) incite others to use violence; and/or (f) counsel others to disobey the law or disobey a lawful order.
