“Secret Story” will celebrate its 15th anniversary on TFX on August 26, five after its shutdown.
After “Loft Story”, TF1 had made the bet to launch in 2007 a new sulphurous reality show around the secret.
Confinement in a villa, strategies, tears, love affairs, disputes, candidates with strong character… A bet that paid off which brought together millions of viewers every summer until 2017.

To celebrate the cult program, Endemol brings together in a documentary former candidates who marked “Secret Story”.
Among them, four winners Émilie Nef Naf (season 3), Benoît Dubois (season 4), Marie Garet (season 5) and Anaïs Camizuli (season 7).
Other notable participants will also share their memories.
Fans will be able to find Amélie Neten, Eddy Ben Youssef, Erwan Heinaux, Sarah Lopez, Rémi Notta, Coralie Porrovecchio or even the couple Xavier Delarue and Tatiana Laurence.
Their testimonies will be punctuated by magnetos between highlights and filming secrets.
The candidates will not be alone since the two flagship animators of the program have answered the call of the production company.
Benjamin Castaldi and Christophe Beaugrand will be among the candidates to celebrate this anniversary.
Soon a new season of “Secret Story”?
Could this documentary be the beginnings of a return of “Secret Story”?
The show was stopped in 2017, two years after it was transferred to channel 11 for lack of ratings.
But the return of old cult programs from the TF1 group seems to be popular.
The front page has already taken the test with "Star Academy", its mythical singing show.
Last October, the channel organized a celebration of twenty years of telecrochet presented by Nikos Aliagas.
Endemol had produced several documentary evenings around the musical competition before formalizing the imminent arrival of a new new season.
