A leading media outlet in the Iranian opposition revealed today (Thursday) the identity of Tehran's nuclear weapons expert, in further proof of the Islamic Republic's military nuclear program, the existence of which is denied by Iran.

Saeed Borji, a nuclear weapons expert who was involved in the nuclear explosive test at the "Abadah" site, is the head of the system that works on special explosives for nuclear warheads at "Spend", an organization for security innovations and research affiliated with the Ministry of Defense.

Borji previously worked under the supervision of Mohsen Fahrizadeh, the head of Iran's military nuclear program who was eliminated in Tehran in 2020, in the "Amd" project of Iran's nuclear program.

In March 2019, the Iranian Ministry of Finance revealed that Borji is an explosives and metals expert for the Shahid Karimi Group in "Spend", who assisted the group's efforts to provide equipment used to contain the explosion.

Borji previously worked at Perchin with Russian nuclear scientists Vyacheslav Danilko Vladimir Padalko on high explosive and explosive cell experiments related to nuclear weapons.

In 2011, Borji worked on a project related to Mutafaz (Explosion and Shock Technology Research and Development Center) at a site called Ahmedabad, which is believed to be the same "Abadah" site.

In 2010, the official television of the Islamic Republic announced that it broadcast a program about the production of spherical explosives in Isfahan and broadcast an interview with Saeed Borji, in which he claimed that these containers are used in petrochemical and oil fields.

The kidnapping of Iran's nuclear documents in Tehran by the Mossad revealed the secret dimensions of Iran's nuclear program.

According to these documents, Iran continued its military program in the form of Subproject 110. Iran's four-year program for neutron activities was prepared and implemented in secret and focused on neutron explosives used in nuclear warheads.

In the summer of 2018, after Iran realized that the Abada project had been exposed by Israel, the Islamic Republic finally destroyed the explosive test site, Bir Abada.
