At about 5:15 in the morning today (3rd), a fire broke out in the warehouse of a logistics company in the military district of the northern district of the New Territories.
Firefighters arrived at the scene, and the fire was fierce, with black smoke rising into the air.
Due to the lack of water source at the scene, the hose had to be dragged from a distance. The fire department directly classified the incident as a secondary fire mobilization, and sent a number of fire trucks and firefighters to the scene to assist in the rescue.
The police arrived at the scene to pull up the cordon, and ambulancemen were also called to the scene.
Initially, no one was injured and no evacuation was required.
Until 6:50 a.m., the fire department raised the fire alarm to level three. It is reported that the area of the fire site is about 60 meters by 60 meters.
