Cartridges of cigarettes bought between 20 and 30 euros and resold for 40 or 50 euros on the sly.
For some time now, this illicit trade has been thriving in the Argenteuil station area.
This Wednesday, four men were sentenced before the Pontoise Criminal Court to prison terms ranging from 3 to 10 months for having participated to varying degrees in the sale of counterfeit goods.
They are also banned from appearing in Argenteuil for a period of three years.
The fifth defendant was acquitted, for lack of elements allowing the conviction.
