Judges ruled in the District Court today (4th) that they were guilty of common assault on a girl by drenching them, but not the other two charges of the first defendant.
The judge adjourned the sentencing to August 17, during which the three defendants were still in custody. The three defendants applied for continued bail while awaiting sentencing.

The three defendants each played a different role
The judge continued that the three defendants appeared near X's school before the incident.

The judge found that the three defendants knew each other, acted together, and played different roles at the time of the crime, so they were found guilty of assaulting X.
Grandfather failed to identify first defendant in court
As for the charge involving X's grandfather, the judge pointed out that although the grandfather recognized the first defendant in the identification procedure, he could not recognize it in court, and explained that he was old.
The judge finally ruled that the first defendant was acquitted of the crime due to the quality of the confession.
