1.5 - 2 kg of Ontario Angus steak
1 kg of white onion cut into 1 cm cubes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 1/2
liter of white beer (whatever you like)
A sprig of thyme
2 bay leaves

Method of preparation:
1. Heat well a cast iron pan that can be put in the oven, add the olive oil and fry the onion until golden, add the piece of meat and close well on all sides until browned.
2. Add the sugar, mustard, beer and spices to the pan and bring to a boil.
3. Put in the oven for two hours at a temperature of 160 degrees, wrapped in foil
4. Then add the cluster of grapes and roast for about another hour.
