Tsang Yok-sing talked about the controversy over the Fanling Golf Course in the video "Insights into Famous People". He pointed out that when he proposed the development plan for the Northeast New Territories in 2013, some local residents expressed why they did not give priority to using the golf course for housing construction, but "made an idea to the villagers".
