Corporal Roy Kuglams, 19 years old from Jerusalem, passed away last night (Wednesday) after apparently drowning during a military vacation in Ashkelon. "When we arrived at the scene, we saw an unconscious 19-year-old man on the edge of the pool," said an MDA paramedic after the drowning incident yesterday.
"He was not breathing and had no pulse when people on the spot began to give him medical treatment.
