The upcoming Shabbat is called "Shabbat Chazon", the Shabbat before Tisha B'Av, when they also begin to read the book of Deuteronomy, in the beginning of which the Torah wrote words of "rebuke".
In his weekly column, Rabbi Shai Tahan, head of the Sha'ari Ezra collective and head of the Arzi HaLebanon teaching house, dwells on an important point that is relevant to each and every one of us.
Rabbi Tahan explains that the great destruction comes from the fact that parents and teachers do not use the concept of "rebuke" correctly, that is, that parents and teachers must know when and how to prove their children, when to embrace and when to scold.
